Setup

Install and open the panel

Use this when you are setting up Nexus on a new machine, moving from a fresh installer, or checking why the panel does not appear in Premiere Pro.

Recommended order

Step 1

Download the latest CEP Panel ZIP from Downloads or from your dashboard.

Step 2

Open the Master Folder, follow the included README, and copy the panel folder into the Adobe CEP extensions location.

Step 3

Restart Premiere Pro once after installation, then open the Nexus panel from Premiere's extensions menu.

Step 4

Sign in with the same email used at checkout and add the license key when the panel asks for it.

Where do I download the installer?+

Use the Downloads page for the current CEP Panel ZIP, or open your dashboard for product-specific downloads tied to your account. The dashboard is the best place after purchase because it also shows your license details.

What should I do after installing?+

Close and reopen Premiere Pro. If the panel is still missing, restart the computer once and check the extension menu again. Keep the ZIP and README available until you confirm the panel opens correctly.

Can I install on both Mac and Windows?+

Yes. The current CEP Panel ZIP is a manual-install package with README steps for both Mac and Windows. Copy the included panel folder to the matching Adobe CEP extensions location on the machine you are editing on.

What should I send if installation fails?+

Email the support address with your operating system, Premiere Pro version, product name, screenshot of the error, and whether you installed from Downloads or from the dashboard.

Still stuck?

Send the account email, product name, Premiere version, and screenshots to info@nexus-creative-lab.com.
